If your loan is overdue, act quickly: log in to check your balance, make a payment as soon as possible via EFT or your debit order, and contact us if you cannot pay in full. The sooner you respond, the more options we can offer and the less you'll pay in late fees.
If you have missed your repayment date, it is important to act quickly. At eKasi Pay Credit, we understand that financial difficulties can happen to anyone.
If your loan remains unpaid beyond the tolerance period, a Section 129 default notice will be sent as required by the National Credit Act. This gives you 10 business days to resolve the arrears before further action.
