How to Request a Payment Plan

To request a payment plan, email our support team with the subject line "Payment Plan Request", including your full name, ID number, loan reference and a short note on your situation. We review within 2 business days and propose affordable monthly instalments. A deposit and a signed contract may be required.

How to Request a Payment Plan

If you are unable to repay your loan in full, eKasi Pay Credit offers payment plans that allow you to settle your debt in manageable monthly instalments.

How to request

1. Send an email to support@ekasipaycredit.co.za with the subject line: Payment Plan Request
2. Include your full name, ID number, and loan reference number
3. Briefly explain your current financial situation
4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days

What to expect

• Your outstanding balance will be divided into monthly instalments over an agreed term
• A deposit may be required to activate the plan
• A debit order mandate will be set up to collect payments automatically
• You will receive a payment plan contract to sign before the plan begins

Important: You must keep up with every instalment. If a payment plan is dishonoured, the full outstanding balance may become due immediately and your account may be escalated to collections.
