Open banking is a secure way to share your bank transaction history directly with eKasi Pay Credit — without handing over your login details or uploading paper statements. You log in on your own bank's secure portal, and your transaction data is shared automatically. It's faster, more accurate, and helps us assess affordability in seconds.

    What is Open Banking?

Open banking is a secure way to share your bank transaction history directly with us — without handing over your login details or uploading paper statements.

When you choose the 'Connect Your Bank Account' option during your application, you'll be redirected to a secure portal powered by Gathr (a Fincheck product). There, you log in to your own bank, and your transaction data is shared with us automatically.

    Why does this matter?

    1. It's faster — no scanning or uploading documents
    2. It's more accurate — we see your real transactions, not a photo of a statement
    3. It helps us approve you quicker — our system can assess your affordability in seconds
    4. It's secure — we never see your banking password, and the connection is encrypted end-to-end

Open banking is completely optional. You can always choose to upload a bank statement manually instead. But if speed and convenience matter to you, open banking is the way to go.
